Gary Guenther is a shareholder, managing director, and executive vice president at Kidder Mathews. Over his 22‑year career, he has completed billions of dollars in leasing and sales assignments, providing corporations, healthcare organizations, technology companies, and investors with deep market insight and strategic execution. Known for his long‑standing relationships and ability to navigate complex transactions, from relocations and negotiations to acquisitions, sale‑leasebacks, and build‑to‑suit initiatives, Gary helps clients maximize value and long‑term flexibility. He is an SIOR designee, a CoStar Power Broker, and a recognized expert on regional real estate trends.
Charles Caplice is a senior associate at Kidder Mathews who delivers data‑driven real estate solutions for corporations, healthcare providers, owner‑users, and investors across the Puget Sound. With a background in CRE research and more than $150M in completed assignments, he brings disciplined underwriting, strong market fluency, and clear strategic guidance that help clients reduce costs, enhance flexibility, and move confidently in changing market conditions. Charles was honored with the firm’s Brian Nelson Rookie of the Year Award for his performance in 2024.
